TPP Back to the Future: Redesigning Menstruation Through Collective Action
You're invited back to your youth to dream of a future that should have existed for you by now - one in which your menstrual health was a normal thing to talk about and period products were available everywhere, like toilet paper!
Time & Location
24 May 2024, 7:00 am – 9:30 am
Auckland, 11 Pearce Street, Onehunga, Auckland 1061, New Zealand
About the event
Back to the Future: Redesigning Menstruation Through Collective Action
Get Physical and hit the dancefloor with our DJ who’ll deliver 80s bangers for a pre-work dance-off around handbags. Once you've warmed up, you'll hear from the the dynamic and inspiring TPP Cofounder + CEO Danika Revell about the '123 Period!' campaign and what she wants for everyone in Aotearoa who has a menstrual cycle.
While you're there, we'll encourage you to reflect on your menstrual health journey by sending a postcard to your younger fluro-loving self, sharing the advice you wish you’d received earlier. *This will be added to our menstrual timeline on the wall, creating a collective reflection of experiences across decades and life stages.
On your way out grab some items from our merch station to support the campaign - including limited edition t-shirts, singlets and socks, feminist stickers, pins, and tote bags.
See you there ✌🏼
