For every vote cast for The Period Place, our amazing strategic partner, U by Kotex, will donate a menstrual product to someone in need. That means your vote not only supports our mission but also directly puts period products into the hands of those in underserved communities.

Why is this important?

Thousands of people across Aotearoa face financial barriers when it comes to accessing period products. Through this campaign, we’re making sure those who need it most - people in underserved communities - get access to the essential products and education they deserve. But we’re taking it a step further.

Your votes will also help fund a Reusable Product Day, where participants will learn about sustainable menstrual care and receive reusable products like period underwear, helping them take control of their menstrual health while reducing waste.

We’re teaming up with incredible grassroots organisations like Project Esther in Christchurch to ensure these donations reach the people who need them most. Together, we’re working to break down financial and social barriers to period products, while fostering education around sustainable menstrual options.
